Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Northern Lights Projector as much as we loved creating it. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, our return and refund policy is designed to make your experience simple, transparent, and fair.
30-Day Return Window
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective materials.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin your return process, please contact our support team at support@northernlightsprojector.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide a prepaid shipping label and step-by-step return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive an email notification confirming your refund approval. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
If your product arrives defective or damaged, we’ll be happy to replace it at no cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll send you a replacement immediately.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Items returned without original packaging
- Products damaged through misuse or neglect
Shipping Costs for Returns
We offer free return shipping for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage, deducted from the final refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after approval, please contact your bank or credit card company. If issues persist, reach out to our team and we’ll assist right away.
